The Black Country Business portal is a partnership between public sector buyers in the Black Country aiming to promote business opportunities in the region. The site is designed to promote activity among local businesses, community enterprises and the third sector by providing a single point of access to opportunities across a range of public sector buyers. In the future it is anticipated that more partners will be brought onboard with each current partner committed to publishing all tenders via the website and at some point all low value purchases.

From this Site you can:

  • Find business opportunities with a range of Black Country public sector buyers.
  • Access support and guidance to help your organisation bid for public sector business.
  • Find other useful information on each of the Black Country purchasing authorities.

  • Registration Process:

    • Registering via this website will give your business access to all buyers.
    • Companies that have previously registered with the Dudley In-Tend eTendering portal do not need to re-register to access the Black Country Business website.
    • Companies that have not previously registered with the website should select the 'Register/Sign In' button. This will open up a wizard that will guide you through the steps required.
    • Login details will be generated to your email address automatically by the system upon successful completion of the registration process.
    • Companies that have previously registered should login using the links on the left to gain access to opportunities with each of the Black Country purchasing authorities.
